All of the services that you need are available at Malikhouse including: high speed broadband, telephone services, furniture, information technology services/consulting and conference rooms, catering facilities and coffee shop. We are able to operate on a 'one-bill' basis, to include broadband, gas, electric and taxes*. Our rental terms start at a six month minimum contract (six month bond payable in advance), which moves onto a three month rolling contract thereafter. Rent is payable quarterly in advance.
