Malik House Business Club Terms and Conditions

Malik House Business Club is owned and managed by Malik House Limited, company registration no. 06407398, registered in England and Wales.

The term ‘Malik House’ or ‘Malik House Business Club’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers Malik House Limited. The term ‘you’ refers to the Business Club member or user or viewer of our website.

Membership and Fees

We invite membership from Companies, business professionals and entrepreneurs. We aim to promote Yorkshire enterprise, encourage mutual business between Yorkshire based companies and to work with existing organisations to provide unified support. We offer different levels of membership to suit different needs and budgets (Standard, Gold and Corporate). The benefits of each level of membership are detailed in separate membership documents and our website.

Membership of Malik House Business Club is entirely at the discretion of our directors. We reserve the right to refuse membership and also the right to cancel any member from Malik House Business Club or from any event organised by Malik House Business Club. In such instances, no membership fees will be refunded.

If a member wishes to cancel their membership during their term, written notice must be given to Malik House Business Club. Membership fees are not refundable.

The benefits of membership will not be applied until membership has been paid in full and cleared funds have been received by Malik House Limited.

Payment

Payment can be made through bank transfer or cheque.

Events and Speakers

Malik House Business Club reserves the right to amend or cancel an event. Where an event speaker or venue is not available for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute the venue or speaker, as appropriate. We will endeavour to communicate such amendments to members either via email or via our website at www.malikhouse.co.uk.

Data Protection

All personal data that we collect is processed and stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998). By agreeing to become a member, your Company details will appear in the Malik House Business Club Directory and will be shared with other Companies held within the club network.

Website, Forums, Emails and Newsletters

The content of the pages of the Malik House website at www.malikhouse.co.uk and all Malik House Business Club pages, forums, emails and newsletters is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Access to this site and forums may be suspended temporarily or permanently and without notice.

Malik House Business Club and Malik House Ltd at 29 Manor Row, Bradford, BD1 4PS, accepts no responsibility whatsoever for death, personal injury, accident, loss or damage to persons or loss, damage or theft to personal belongings whilst attending a Malik House Business Club event, however caused. The bringing of any personal possessions into Malik House Business Centre is done so entirely at the individual’s own risk. The use of all facilities and amenities including the MHQ-The Café, The Court Room and Malik House Business Centre is done so entirely at the user's own risk.
