Knowledge Transfer Network Evening In partnership with the Yorkshire Enterprise Network

Innovation Thinking // Monday 16th December // Bradford School of Management

This evening will examine some of the issues around how and why innovation works for some and not for others.

Innovation is about structures and resources but it is also about the mindset. The most difficult place to innovate change is ‘you.’ ‘ If you can only see the big picture or you can’t get past the detail there is work to be done beyond business design. Dylan Leighton, Director of Evolve NLP will be speaking at the event.

Coffee and registration is from 5.15pm for a 5.45pm start. The session is then followed by a networking buffet.

‘Engaging with the Talent?’ 11th November, 2013 Arthur Francis Lecture Theatre, Bradford University School of Management, 5.00 – 5.45pm registration – 5.45pm Evening speakers – 7.15pm Networking and nosh.

After coffee on arrival, the evening offers you direct access to insights on this management theme through our speakers. You can then have a hot evening meal at a table with like-minded business people.

This evening in partnership with Yorkshire Enterprise Network focuses on both recruiting and keeping talent but also making sure people are engaged with and inspired by work or at least at work! This event will look closely at how to spot, recruit the best talent into your organisation but all also how to engage with and keep that talent at their best and performing while they are still your talent. Workforce engagement and motivation the key to delivery of energised strategy and great customer and employee satisfaction.
