Depending on the size of your network or networks, a Technician (not a Sales person!) will make an on-site visit and depending on the size of your network will either look at your systems (PC’s, laptops etc.) individually or install our network auditing software. During this process no confidential, private or ‘standard’ file & folder information is obtained; only data relating to your systems and software is recorded.
You’ll then receive a report detailing where you can cut costs, improve your systems and save time; all without reducing the quality of service to your employees and your customers. You are then free to use this report as you wish, whether or not you choose to use us as your IT partner (we hope you choose us!).
This report is also ideal as it can be used as a reference if you are subject to an annual audit of your IT systems.
