Virtual numbers more commonly known as Non Geographic Numbers (NGN’s) are numbers that are sat in the cloud and are fixed to a physical line. For example, I have a land-line or mobile number that I use for my business, however, I want the presence of a national company which is not restricted to a local area code. Here at Stay Connected we can link 0333, 0335, 0844, 0835, 0800, 0880 and your premium rate 090 numbers to your existing landline or mobile.
The benefit to this is that you can control hunt or ring groups for your business so that you never miss a call. You will be able to have an IVR system which introduces your business when customers call which gives them various options to select and chose the correct department. Landline
